Mead Awards Celebration 2023

Congratulations to all the staff and pupils who were recognised at the very special Mead Awards ceremony on Tuesday evening. Guests heard amazing stories of talent, resilience, kindness and commitment from our finalist and winners throughout the evening.

There were seven award categories, one for each of TMET’s 7Cs: character, challenge, collaboration, community, courage, culture, and creativity. Each category had two staff and two pupil finalists, and a staff and pupil winner.

Guests were also treated to fantastic musical performances from Brook Mead and Castle Mead scholars, which included two piano soloists and the Castle Mead choir.

Each Mead school was able to nominate one staff member and one pupil for each award category, and there were many deserving nominees, so it was extremely difficult for the judging panel to choose the finalists. Each nominee will be recognised with a certificate presented to them by their school.

Congratulations to all our nominees, finalists, and winners. You all make a positive difference to our community and each other.
