TMET Superheroes Supporting LOROS
Over 60 colleagues from TMET showcased their superhero spirits in the LOROS Twilight Walk on Saturday 29th June, raising an impressive £8,417 (with money still coming in!) for the local hospice charity. Donning superhero t-shirts, Mead staff joined forces to support LOROS.
The event not only highlighted TMET’s dedication to supporting the local community but also embodied one of the trust’s seven core values: #TMET Community.
This emphasises the importance of working together and making a positive impact in Leicestershire and the surrounding areas.
Thank you to all staff who signed up for the event and to everyone who donated to this worthwhile cause. A special shout out to the Mead primary schools for coming out in full force and showing us how it’s done, and kudos to our top three superheroes who raised the most in donations. A phenomenal effort by all.
Subrina Johal, Orchard Mead, £587
Sunjna Parmar, Kestrel Mead, £585
Sarla Ladwa, Kestrel Mead, £553
We look forward to joining the event again next year and raising even more money as we continue to support our community beyond the classroom.
